LEADERSHIP OF THE TULSA CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL FOUNDATION
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is the governing unit of TCHSF.
It consists of the officers who serve for one-year terms and elected members of the Board of Directors who shall serve for a three-year term to expire at the annual meeting of members in the third year following their election.

Each Officer shall serve for a term of one year.
Officers shall be elected by a majority vote of the members of the Board of Directors
Additional members may be elected to the Board of Directors.

All committee chairpersons shall be appointed by the President.
Elections are held at the Annual Meeting in November or December.
Project Chairmen are appointed by the President
for the duration of the Project.
